My approach to success is sales-based. First we need to sell us on ourselves; convince ourselves that we are talented, creative and deserving of anything we can dream of. Once we've rung up that initial sale we can move on to our greater audience, the market place and the world at large.

For this special dinner, we transformed the dining room of the Glen Arbor Golf Club in Bedford, New York with glowing displays of wheat.
